Ploum adviseert Wayland Real Estate bij verkoop DC De Burght aan Generali Real Estate

Ploum heeft Wayland Real Estate juridisch bijgestaan bij de verkoop van DC De Burght aan Generali, die hiermee haar eerste stap zet in de Nederlandse logistieke markt.

DC De Burght is een modern distributiecentrum van ca. 25.500 m² aan de Piet Stuurmanweg op BusinessPark Vredenburgh in Waddinxveen. In april 2021 startte de bouw van DC De Burght in Waddinxveen. Inmiddels is dit nieuwe en moderne logistieke centrum opgeleverd. Het distributiecentrum beschikt over ca. 2.000 m² kantoorruimte en een warehouse van ca. 23.500 m² met 24 loadingdocks. Eind december 2021 tekende TFC Holland een 15-jarige huurovereenkomst voor het DC en binnenkort verhuist het bedrijf vanuit Maasdijk naar Waddinxveen.

BusinessPark Vredenburgh ligt in de A12-corridor, dé logistieke hotspot in de Randstad. Dit gebied beslaat zes bedrijventerreinen en is nog volop in ontwikkeling. Voor logistieke bedrijven met als corebusiness distributie is dit een interessante en strategische locatie. Dat komt met name door de interessante ligging tussen twee mainports.

Het team van Ploum bestond uit notaris/partner Stan Commissaris, advocaat/partner Anton van den Heuvel en advocaat Geert de Nijs. JLL adviseerde Wayland daarbij op commercieel vlak.
