H.T. Verboom Transportsystemen, developer, producer and installer of internal logistics systems for greenhouse construction, becomes part of GreenV. GreenV is a portfolio company of HAL Investments B.V., a Dutch subsidiary of HAL Holding N.V., an international investment company listed on Euronext. GreenV has extensive experience with international projects, including in North America. With the support of GreenV, Verboom will be able to realize its international growth strategy.
