Dutch law applies to legal relationships with Ploum. The court in Rotterdam has jurisdiction for any disputes. Nevertheless, Ploum has the right to submit disputes to the competent court of the client's place of residence or place of business. The attorneys and civil-law notaries of Ploum are insured under a professional liability insurance.
