Ploum advises G&F Macadamia and its shareholders in raising financing from the Dutch Good Growth Fund

G&F Macadamia’s shareholder Talentos 1 B.V. has attracted long-term financing from the Dutch Good Growth Fund. G&F Macadamia is a macadamia plantation in Mozambique. The financing enables G&F Macadamia to realize further growth.

Ploum assisted G&F Macadamia and its shareholders during the negotiation of the (financing) agreements and with the preparation of the intragroup loan documentation.
