Dias Software, a Dutch provider of software for financial intermediaries and insurance brokers, has acquired UNIT4 Financial Intermediaries from Unit4, a Netherlands-based software company that designs and delivers enterprise software and ERP applications and related services for people in services organizations. With the acquisition of Unit4 Financial Intermediaries, 50% of the shares in Aplaza, a Dutch software company, have also been taken over.
The Ploum Team consisted of Stephan Sluijters as lead partner in collaboration with Geert de Nijs.
