Ploum advises O-I Europe regarding the sale of its glass plant in Schiedam, in close cooperation with Jones Lang LaSalle. In order to prepare the positioning of the sale in the market, a dataroom is being created and potential purchasers will be invited on short notice to carry out a due diligence. Amongst others, Ploum advises O-I about the environmental aspects of this transaction and the negotiations about a sale and purchase agreement with the ultimate purchaser.
