Logistic Force, a full-service HR service provider within transport and logistics, has acquired staffing specialist Wiver. Via the acquisition of Wiver, Logistic Force broadens its commercial coverage in the Netherlands and accesses the Dutch niche market for staffing to moving companies. Together, the two companies expect to reach turnover in excess of €120 million by 2023. In the acquisition, Logistic Force was supported by investor FIELDS Group.
