The Eneco Group ('Eneco') will acquire E.ON Benelux from Uniper Benelux. As a result of the agreement, approximately 200,000 Dutch private and business customers will be transferred from E.ON to Eneco. The acquisition provides Eneco with opportunities to grow in the field of sustainable energy and innovative energy services.
Nick Hessels and Jeroen Terstegge advised the buyer Eneco Group during this deal.
