Ploum advises Ecocem on collaboration with Overslagbedrijf Moerdijk (OBM)

Alain de Jonge and Ferah Taptik Salman assisted Ecocem in establishing a long-term partnership with Overslagbedrijf Moerdijk (OBM) to expand its production and storage capacity in the Netherlands. Ecocem has been a longstanding pioneer in sustainable cementitious binders for the production of high-quality concrete, contributing to a revolutionary reduction in CO2 emissions and a substantially low carbon footprint. This collaboration between Ecocem and OBM is part of Ecocem's plans to accelerate the marketing of its ACT technology - the low-carbon cement technology developed by Ecocem - as a commercially available solution from 2026. To this end, Ecocem has entered into a long-term Storage Rental and Stevedore Agreement with OBM.
