• Conducting an ICC arbitration for a Dutch company in the petrochemical sector on the termination of a contracting agreement based on the FIDIC Yellow Book contract terms;
• Advising and litigating for a consortium of contracting companies regarding a Roadway Decision for the construction and widening of a road and nitrogen regulations;
• Advising contracting companies with respect to a large dike reinforcement project on all environmental law aspects, including permit procedures;
