02 Nov '23

Inntel Hotels has sold Inntel Hotels Rotterdam Centre and Mainport by Inntel Hotels to investor Annexum. Together, the two hotels under one roof have 480 rooms. This makes them one of the top 10 hotels in the Benelux in size and the largest hotel in Rotterdam. Buyer Annexum will take over the hotel organisation including the real estate and all movable property. The current 200 staff will also come under Annexum's responsibility. Until 31 October, the hotels will remain operational under the Inntel Hotels brand. The hotels will be added operationally to Cycas Hospitality's portfolio after a two-month transition period.

A team from Ploum is advising Inntel Hotels regarding certain aspects of the sale, in close cooperation with JAN© Corporate Finance (legal and tax). The team of Ploum consists of Anton van den Heuvel and Renée van Hoof (civil real estate), Alexandra Danopoulos and Aslihan Durmus (environmental law) and Stan Commissaris and Lianne Elshoff (notarial law).

Furthermore, Inntel Hotels was advised by ValuePro Bedrijfswaardering & Advies and Greenberg Traurig Amsterdam.

Annexum was advised by Orange IM, Van Doorne, PwC, Amstelius Green Building Group, JLL and Aon.
