The shareholders of Vink Groep, based in Katwijk (South Holland), have sold their shares to FIELDS Group, an enterprising investor focused on further developing companies with potential. FIELDS Group's experience combined with the existing foundation of Vink Groep offer an excellent starting position for building on further growth. Ploum advised FIELDS Group in this deal.
In FIELDS Group, the Vink Group has found an enterprising hands-on investor with offices in Amsterdam and Munich. Together with the management, FIELDS supports the further development of its companies.
