On Wednesday 23 May 2018, RockRose Energy and SHV signed an agreement for the acquisition of Dyas by RockRose Energy for an amount of EUR 107 million. In this transaction Stephan Sluijters and Jeroen Terstegge assisted SHV and Dyas. Iris Brinkhof, Vincent Terlouw, Merijn Elshof and Frank Barendrecht also worked on this case.
CEO of Dyas, Robert Baurdoux is very happy with the deal, as he said: "After a presence of over 50 years in the Netherlands, the divestment of our Dutch entities is part of a strategic refocusing of our business. RockRose Energy is well placed to take-on the stewardship of the Dutch assets, allowing Dyas to pursue new investment opportunities in the UK, Norway, Denmark and Malaysia."
