Iris is an attorney at law. In her advice and litigation practice, she mainly deals with cases related to the energy and water sector.
Iris (1977) graduated from Utrecht University in December 2003, majoring in Private Law and Criminal Law. After graduating, she worked for Rischen & Nijhuis in Rotterdam. There she worked within the procedural law and employment law practice. In 2008 Iris moved to Ploum. Iris completed the Post-Graduate Programme in Energy Law at the VU University Amsterdam in 2011.

Based on this registration, Iris Brinkhof is required to obtain ten training credits per calendar year in each registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
