On 7 October 2024 VINCI Energies announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht.
RH Marine is a leading systems integrator, founded in 1860, providing engineering and integration of customised solutions for automation and electrical systems in the maritime industry. With its high-quality knowledge and expertise, RH Marine offers innovative solutions for all ship support platform systems.
Since its establishment in 1919, Bakker Sliedrecht has developed into a strong player with knowledge and expertise in electrical system integration, automation and high and low voltage solutions. It designs, installs and maintains electrical installations in the dredging, offshore, maritime and land-based industries.
The transaction will be submitted to the Consumer & Market Authority (ACM) and is expected to be completed in Q4 2024.
Albert Wiggers and Danaë Clement provided legal advice to the sellers of RH Marine and Bakker Sliedrecht during this acquisition.
