Ploum advises International Data Corporation (IDC) with acquisition of Metri

Ploum has advised the American IT market information agency International Data Corporation (IDC) with the acquisition of Metri, a Netherlands based consultancy firm for IT-benchmarking, sourcing and performance measurement. The acquisition provides IDC with access to Metri's IT budget and operational benchmarking tools, giving IT managers and executives access to a comprehensive source of IT planning information. This information will help companies drive innovation and show how companies can optimize IT investments.
