Shell has acquired MSTS Tolls, a Dutch tolls solutions provider, from TreviPay, a US-based B2B payment provider. With this acquisition, Shell aims to build an improved tolling experience for customers in the European commercial road transport sector. "We are confident that the expertise, technology capabilities, customer intimacy and talent that MSTS Tolls brings will enable Shell to further enhance our offering and customer experience, resulting in a leadership position in services on the road," said Izabela Jamka, General Manager Marketing & Sustainability of Shell Commercial Road Transport in Europe.
Shell was advised on its acquisition of MSTS Tolls by Stephan Sluijters, Geert de Nijs and Sophie de Clercq.
