The Ecclesia Group, a German insurance broker, has acquired a majority interest in Xolv, a Dutch financial consultant, from its shareholders. Ecclesia Group has 7 branches in various European countries with over 2000 employees. Xolv is an operating intermediary in the field of credit insurance, working capital finance and credit management services. The acquisition of Xolv is a step for Ecclesia to try to expand in the field of financial advice for the business market and the public sector.
