Linda is a lawyer at Ploum and specialises in environmental law, including zoning plan procedures, (environmental) permit procedures and objection and appeal procedures.

Background

Linda (1983) graduated from Maastricht University in 2006, majoring in Constitutional and Administrative Law. After completing her studies, Linda worked on a secondment basis at a number of companies where she mainly carried out assignments in the field of (spatial) administrative law. She also gained extensive experience at various government agencies and an environmental department. As a result, she is in a good position to advise clients on how to deal with government bodies. Linda successfully completed the Grotius specialisation course in spatial planning and environmental law in 2016.

In April 2018, Linda joined the administrative and criminal law department as a legal assistant. As of July 2018, Linda is working as a lawyer.
