Banosol is a specialist in indoor and outdoor sun protection, roller shutters, and patio coverings, active in the North Holland region. The company is known for its customer-oriented approach, customized solutions and reliable service.
VZR Groep, headquartered in Zwaag (Netherlands), is a group of sun protection installers who are committed to improve the sustainability of real estate. With approximately 140 employees, the organization serves both business and private customers in the installation and maintenance of sun protection systems and associated controls.
FIELDS Group is an entrepreneurial hands-on investor focused on developing companies with potential. FIELDS Group invests in companies with headquarters in Benelux and the DACH region and realizes true transformations with its team.
