Ploum, together with Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft, advised the Vorwerk group on the sale of Hectas Facility Services to the facility management company Vebego. Vorwerk is a German corporate group active in the direct distribution of various products like household appliances, fitted kitchens and cosmetics. Hectas offers a range of services for building, industrial, carpets, computer, glass, and facade cleaning, maintenance, hygiene, disinfection, kitchen, and courier. Vebego aims to further expand its activities in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands with the acquisition of Hectas Group.
Vorwerk was advised on its sale of Hectas Facility Services by Jeroen Terstegge and Rutger Ploum.
