The Digital Neighborhood, a Dutch community of 14 independent tech companies specialising in Microsoft Cloud and AI, has acquired Active Professionals Group, a Dutch service provider in the field of data issues. The addition of Active Professionals strengthens The Digital Neighborhood's offering in the field of Data Science & Business Intelligence in Northern Europe.
Nick Hessels and Merijn Elshof provided legal advice to the shareholders of the Active Professionals Group during this acquisition.
