Ploum advised NaviSea Beheer B.V. during a sales process. The process focused on the partial sale to Themys Group to support further growth and continuity. The transaction resulted in the entry of a strategic partner.
NaviSea Marine Services is a Dutch maritime service provider specializing in navigation and communication systems for the shipping industry. The company supplies, installs, and maintains equipment for deep‑sea, offshore, fisheries, inland shipping, and yachts. NaviSea supports both newbuild and retrofit projects and also provides inspections, service coordination, and international support.
Themys Group is an international system integrator specializing in the design, integration, and maintenance of advanced electronic systems, particularly for the maritime sector. The group delivers solutions in communication, navigation, security, and cybersecurity for commercial shipping, superyachts, offshore, and defense.
