JARO Group, supported by investor FIELDS Group, is strengthening its position within the energy infrastructure sector through the acquisition of Van Hoek Bouw. JARO Group B.V., a leading group of civil engineering and environmental engineering companies operating in the ground, road and hydraulic engineering sector, has acquired Van Hoek Bouw. With this strategic step, JARO Group further expands its expertise in the energy transition and strengthens its position in the development of critical energy infrastructure. The acquisition was supported by investor FIELDS Group, which actively assists JARO Group in executing its growth strategy.
JARO Group consists of several specialised companies and offers a comprehensive range of services within the civil engineering sector, ranging from civil engineering projects to cable and pipeline infrastructure and environmental engineering activities.
Van Hoek Bouw specialises in high-voltage foundations and transformer substations. Through this expertise, the company makes a significant contribution to the expansion and reinforcement of the Dutch energy infrastructure.
FIELDS Group is an entrepreneurial, hands-on investor focused on developing companies with growth potential. FIELDS Group invests in companies headquartered in the Benelux and DACH regions and works alongside management teams to achieve fundamental transformations.
