JARO Group, supported by investor FIELDS Group, strengthens its position in the energy transition and expands its national coverage with the acquisition of earthmoving company Visscher.
JARO Group B.V., a leading civil engineering and cultural engineering group of companies active in ground, road and water construction (GWW), has acquired earthmoving company Visscher B.V. With this strategic move, JARO Group strengthens its position in the central, northern and eastern Netherlands and further expands its services within the energy transition and infrastructure sectors. JARO Group was supported in the acquisition by investor FIELDS Group, which actively supports JARO Group in its growth strategy.
JARO Group consists of several specialised companies and offers a wide range of services in civil engineering, ranging from civil engineering projects to cable and pipeline infrastructure and agricultural engineering works.
Grondverzetbedrijf Visscher, which has been in existence since 1921, is active in the north and east of the Netherlands with locations in Mastenbroek and Almere. The company focuses on civil engineering projects and plays an important role in the energy transition, particularly through its specialisation in the construction of cable routes.
FIELDS Group is an entrepreneurial, hands-on investor that focuses on developing companies with potential. FIELDS Group invests in companies headquartered in the Benelux and DACH region and works with its team to achieve fundamental transformations.
