Ploum advises investor FIELDS Group on acquiring TTNL

Investor FIELDS Group has acquired a majority interest in TTNL. TTNL is a leading IT-Infrastructure service provider in the Benelux region, specializing in hybrid multi-cloud IT-Infrastructures. The aim of the partnership is to build on the successful heritage of TTNL and to grow the company into a leading provider in Europe.

Nick Hessels, Alette Brehm and Merijn Elshof provided legal advice to FIELDS Group during this acquisition.
