The Dutch office of French food company Danone will relocate to Rijswijk in January. Danone will rent over 3,200 square metres of office space in office building "The Lobby". Danone employees will move to the new office space from three locations in Zoetermeer, Maarssen and Breda. The move is separate from Danone's factories in Zoetermeer and Haps. Danone chose the office located at Lange Kleiweg 8-28 because of its location near the railway station, its appearance, sustainability and the quality of the building. The contract has been concluded for a longer period. With the arrival of Danone, only 6,500 square metres remain available in the building.
Anton van den Heuvel and Renée van Hoof advised Danone on the legal aspects of the lease process, including advising on the LOI and the lease agreement. Colliers advised on the lease of the office space and Den Haag-based COG Makelaars acted as advisor to lessor Felix Omnes CV.
