Stichting KindeRdam, a Dutch foundation for childcare, toddler care, and after-school care with approximately 1,350 employees and 100 locations in the Rotterdam-Rijnmond region, has acquired KDV Tomaz Hoogvliet, a Dutch daycare center and after-school care facility with three locations.
For KindeRdam Foundation, the acquisition of KDV Tomaz Hoogvliet represents an expansion of their market position in Hoogvliet.
