British digital product consultancy Apadmi has acquired Amsterdam-based mobile agency company Pinch.The acquisition strengthens Apadmi's position in the Netherlands and brings its total number of employees to more than 450, spread across five European offices. Pinch, which also has an office in Spain, will continue to operate from Amsterdam and will eventually integrate with Apadmi's Dutch team.
Apadmi has been active in the Dutch market since acquiring The Mobile Company in 2022. This was followed by the acquisition of Polish company Droids on Roids earlier this year.
