Ploum’s Construction & Real Estate Team is mentioned for the 4th time in a row in the ‘Top-Real Estate Lawyers’ of PropertyNL. This real estate magazine annually carries out research regarding the most important real estate lawyers of The Netherlands. In the edition of 27 September 2019 Ploum is mentioned, together with several striking cases that it handled in the past year.

Last year Ploum advised Orangeworks about the building and lease of its new head office with hall in Oss. During the negotiations with the builder (Heembouw) and financier (Aberdeen), both construction law and lease law were handled. Since mid 2017 the firm has advised O-I regarding the sale of its previous glass factory in the Distillers District in Schiedam, in cooperation with JLL. In addition to the support regarding the sale process, communications with the Municipality of Schiedam play a role in this matter. Ploum also advises Rotterdam The Hague Airport with its upgrading, whereby an extra terminal is built and various facilities are moved.
