Takeaway – Advising Macquarie Capital Group on the sale of its shares in Takeaway.com N.V. in connection with the IPO of Takeaway.com N.V., and on all Dutch law aspects related to such sale and listing. Nuon/Vattenfall –Ploum’s M&A team advised Vattenfall’s subsidiary NUON on the sale of Emmtec Industry & Business Park (“Emmtec” in Emmen/Netherlands) to GETEC heat & power AG. easy Energy - Ploum assisted the founders and investors of in easy Energy in the incorporation of the company. easy Energy is a new party on the Dutch energy market. Crystallics - Ploum acted for the owners of Crystallics in the sale of the company to Pharmivize N.V. Crystallics is active in the analysis of “solid state”crystals. Pointlogic – We assisted the seller Pointlogic Holding B.V. in the sale of its media planning business to Nielsen; Pointlogic is a global leader in the development of marketing decision support software and systems that improve precision and allocation through innovative software and that is designed for brands, media/creative agencies and media owners.
