Specialisation

Nine works as an attorney-at-law in the Construction and Real Estate practice group. She focuses primarily on tenancy law and real estate law, including the drafting and reviewing of contracts and other legal documents. In addition, she advises clients on a wide range of real estate-related matters and represents them in tenancy and real estate disputes.

Background

Nine completed her studies in Law and Philosophy at Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2025, she obtained her Master’s degree in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained practical experience at several law firms. Nine joined Ploum in September 2025 and has been practising as an attorney-at-law since February 2026.
