Max works as a junior associate at the Corporate Law department of Ploum and is primarily engaged with mergers and acquisitions and advising clients on various corporate law matters.
Max completed the bachelors Law and Business Administration at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2021 he graduated with obtaining his master's degrees in Corporate Law and Finance & Investments. During his studies Max, among other things, has been involved as a research assistant at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and studied in Scotland for a while.
