Linde Merkus

Specialisation

Linde is a member of the practice group IP/IT and specializes in intellectual property law. Linde focuses in particular on trademark, design and copyright law, as well as on advertising law.

Background

In 2020, Linde obtained her master’s degree in Civil Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Leiden. During her studies, Linde worked as an intern at several Dutch law firms, worked as a court clerk at the Court of Appeal in The Hague, and was active as a volunteer at a Legal advice center. After completing her master's degree, she worked for several years in the judiciary, gaining experience in handling Intellectual Property cases at The Hague District Court. Linde has been working at Ploum as an attorney at law since June 2024.
