Evianne is a member of the practice group IP/IT and specializes in intellectual property law. She focuses in particular on trademark, design and copyright law, as well as on advertising law.
Evianne graduated from the Utrecht University in 2023, where she obtained a master’s degree in Intellectual property law, innovation and technology. She wrote her thesis on the judicial review of descriptive trademarks. In addition to her studies, Evianne worked as an intern in business and at several Dutch law firms, including Ploum. In 2023, Evianne was employed as a working student at Ploum. She has been working at Ploum as an attorney at law since January 2024.
