Liesker Procesfinanciering, based in Breda (the Netherlands) and founded in 2011, focuses on funding high-potential claims, both from individuals and companies, with a minimum value of €500,000. Litigation is handled by external lawyers (firms), usually on a fixed fee basis. If the case is won, the litigation costs are paid from the proceeds and Liesker receives a fee of approximately 30% of the remaining amount.
