Ploum Privacy Quick Scan

Any company based in the Netherlands (or another EU country), doing business here or otherwise processing personal data of EU citizens, must comply with the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). With a more active attitude from both the Personal Data Authority (more fines) and citizens (more (mass) claims), it is all the more important to check every now and then whether your organization's policies and related documents are (still) in order. The privacy policy should be up-to-date and occasionally adjusted to legal developments. 
 
Our privacy team is happy to assist in performing a Privacy Quick Scan that:

  • Identifies current data flows of your organization;
  • Identifies where the biggest privacy risks are (red flags);
  • Identifies which documents are missing or in need of updating (e.g. a processing register, employee or customer privacy statement, data breach protocol, international data sharing agreement, cookie policy or retention period policy

The Privacy Quick Scan is offered at an attractive hourly rate with a transparent cost indication in advance. Based on the outcome of the Privacy Quick Scan, any further actions required can be determined in consultation with you.
