Ploum Privacy Helpdesk

Our Privacy Helpdesk is an extra service for our clients. They find it very useful to discuss privacy-related matters and related risks in an accessible way. The helpdesk service we offer includes the following:

  • Your DPO/privacy officer can call us (on a regular basis, if desired) for brief advice/consultation on privacy-related matters. If the question concerned is suitable for a brief answer by telephone (no longer than 30 minutes), this will fall within the helpdesk tariff.
  • Helpdesk advice is provided at a reduced, fixed rate, regardless of the level of experience of the lawyer handling the question. Of course, you may choose an attorney within our team.
  • If it turns out that a more extensive examination and/or advice on the matter is required, arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis.
  • There are no minimum quantities for the use of the Ploum Privacy Helpdesk.
