Justin specialises in corporate law and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity/venture capital transactions. He also has in-depth expertise in the field of distressed M&A, financing and securities, and directors' liability. Justin advises a wide range of national and international clients operating in a variety of markets. He particularly assists clients in the Transport & Logistics and IT & Tech sectors, including software and technology companies, SaaS providers, digital platforms and AI/data-driven companies.
Justin graduated with a Master's degree in Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2015. He then successfully completed the INSOLAD/Grotius and Grotius postgraduate specialisation programmes in Company and Business Law.
