Jelle is a driven and committed attorney-at-law who specializes in tenancy law and real estate law. Jelle mainly advises and litigates on behalf of lessors and lessees of business space, real estate developers/investors/managers and lessors of residential spaces.
In his daily practice, Jelle is mainly involved in advising on the conclusion or termination of lease agreements, tenancy disputes and the purchase and sale of real estate.
Jelle studied at Leiden University, where he graduated in 2021.
After his study, Jelle worked at a medium-sized law firm in Rotterdam for about three years. There he advised and litigated on behalf of governments, entrepreneurs and private individuals amongst others in the field of tenancy law and liability law. Since September 1, 2024, Jelle has been working at Ploum as a lawyer in tenancy and real estate law.
