Background

Simon entered the Bar in 1987 and has quite a solid track record as a leading employment lawyer in a variety of issues, covering both individual termination cases, collective labour disputes and anything in between. Simon became a partner at Nauta Dutilh in 1995 and left for Eversheds-Sutherland in 2006 where he headed the employment team until he joined Ploum in April 2018.
