Roos is a candidate civil-law notary and specialized in corporate law. As such, Roos advises and assists clients with regard to, inter alia, incorporating company structures, restructuring, setting up companies, amongst which joint ventures, and acquisitions. Furthermore, Roos is familiar with associations (verenigingen) and foundations (stichtingen) as well as advising collective management organisations (collectieve beheersorganisaties).
Roos graduated in 2018 from the University of Utrecht with a specialisation in Notarial Law. During her studies, she joined Ploum as a student employee and after finishing her Master she started as candidate civil-law notary at Ploum. In 2022 Roos completed the Notarial Vocational Course. Since then, she is a substitute of our civil-law notary Stan Commissaris.
