After finishing her Master’s degree Roos has started at Ploum as a candidate civil-law notary (trainee), where she is mainly engaged in the formation of legal entities, the amendment of articles of association, the supervision of mergers and divisions, the transfer of goods, the establishment of rights in rem and law of persons and family law.

Background

In the Summer of 2018 Roos (1994) has finished her Master’s degree in Notarial law at the University Utrecht. During her Bachelor she has worked as a notarial assistant at a notary’s office and she has fulfilled a student traineeship at Ploum. Following this student traineeship and during her Master she joined Ploum as a student employee.
