Melanie Verduyn Lunel


Melanie works as a Candidate civil-law notary in the Corporate Law practice group.

Melanie advises and assists clients at national and international level with regard to incorporations and amendments of the articles of association, issuances of shares and depositary receipts, restructurings, reorganizations, acquisitions, (cross-border) mergers, divisions and conversions, share transfers and (turbo) liquidations and dissolutions. Melanie is particularly concerned with startups and is part of our Healthcare Team.


After finishing her Masters Notarial law and Tax law Melanie started at Ploum. During her studies, Melanie gained experience at the Gemeente Den Haag and various law & notary firms. She has affinity with tax law.
