Lianne Sittrop-Robers specialises in commercial real estate and her work includes (international) property transactions, due diligence investigations, project development and energy projects. Her work involves drafting and executing a wide range of (notarial) deeds, such as deeds of conveyance and mortgages, deeds of (amendment to) division into apartment rights, leasehold and building rights deeds, and other limited rights. In addition, she has extensive experience in handling complex cases and supervising paralegals and support legal staff.
Lianne Sittrop-Robers has been working as a (candidate) real estate notary since 2012 and specializes in advising and assisting various parties, such as energy companies, governments, project developers, and entrepreneurs, in the field of real estate law in the broadest sense of the word.
