Inge works as a candidate civil-law notary at Ploum and specializes in corporate law.
She advises and assists both national and international clients on corporate law matters involving (re)financing, (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, demergers, restructuring, joint ventures, transfer of shares, issuance of shares, pledge on shares, share premium payments, assets and liabilities transactions, as well as the incorporation of and the amendment of the articles of association of BV's, NV's, foundations, associations, cooperatives and C.V.'s, and finally with the liquidation of entities.
Inge graduated from Leiden University. She has been working as a candidate civil-law notary since 1998, gaining experience at several offices. In 2006, Inge successfully completed the specialization course Corporate Structures at the Grotius Academy.
