Floor works in the employment law department. She advises and litigates on employment law issues in the broadest sense of the word. Her work includes individual and collective dismissal cases, reorganisations, the appointment or dismissal of statutory directors and employee participation issues.
Floor completed her master's degree in Employment Law at Leiden University in 2025, where she also obtained her bachelor’s degree in law. During her studies, Floor gained practical experience at various law firms and in the judiciary. Floor has been working at Ploum since February 2026.
