Fleur works as a candidate civil-law notary in the field of real estate law. She deals, among other things, with the transfer of real estate properties and the establishment of rights in rem.
Fleur studied law at Erasmus University Rotterdam and continued to specialize in notarial law at Leiden University, where she obtained her master’s degree. During her studies she acquired practical experience at several law and notary firms. For her master’s thesis she examined the protection of private buyers from the impact of land speculation.
