Bob works as a candidate civil-law notary at the Corporate Law department, where he is primarily engaged with the incorporation of legal entities, the amendment of articles of association, share transactions and assisting in mergers and acquisitions.
Bob holds bachelors in Law, Tax Law and Notarial Law from Leiden University. In 2023 he graduated with obtaining his master's degree in Notarial Law. During his studies he volunteered at a legal advice centre and was a board member of a student association. He wrote his master's thesis on the position of the shareholder and the depositary receipt holder in the listed BV.
