Wat is een ‘echte’ ZZP’er’? Die vraag houdt vele werkenden én organisaties bezig. Zeker nu de Belastingdienst vanaf gaat 1 januari 2025 handhaven op schijnzelfstandigheid. Voor organisaties is het belangrijk om échte zelfstandig ondernemers te kunnen onderscheiden van werknemers. Dat lijkt lastig, maar hoeft het niet te zijn. Anton Avedissian en Michelle Westhoeve praten u in dit webinar helemaal bij over de belangrijkste criteria uit de rechtspraak, de (toekomstige) wetgeving en valkuilen en mogelijkheden voor de HR-praktijk.
