Rosa is a candidate civil-law notary specialising in corporate law. Among other things, she focuses on mergers and acquisitions. She also assists in setting up new companies, from choosing the right legal form to drafting articles of association. With her knowledge of corporate law, she offers practical legal solutions.
Rosa completed her master's degree in notarial law at Leiden University in 2024. During her studies, she gained experience as an intern and working student at several notary offices, including at Ploum as a working student. After completing her studies, she started as a candidate civil-law notary in Stan Commissaris' team.
